Cards ship from South Australia, Australia. Shipping is calculated by your country and what you won, shown before you bid, and added to your order total. You agreed to pay shipping when you created your account.

Rates are in AUD. Auctions in another currency use matching rates in that currency.
Combined shipping
Everything you win in the same Friday close is combined into one order and one parcel. The most expensive item ships at its full rate and each additional item adds only the smaller “extra” rate.
Packing
Raw cards ship in a penny sleeve and top loader (or semi-rigid), sealed and sandwiched between card-stock in a rigid mailer. Graded slabs ship in a bubble sleeve inside a padded, boxed parcel. Higher-value orders ship with signature on delivery.
When it ships
We ship within 3 business days of payment. You'll get an email with the carrier and tracking number, and it's also on your order page.
International orders
Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are your responsibility and aren't included in our shipping price. We declare the true value and can't mark orders as gifts. Customs delays are outside our control.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking stalls or your card arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We'll lodge a claim with the carrier and work it out with you. See the Refund Policy.
Address changes
We ship to the address on your account when the order is created. If you move, update it in My Account before the auction closes, or contact us straight away.
